May 19, 2011 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #16 Item Title C-18 Aventa Summer School Contract Issue/Rationale The Aventa contract will provide a credit recovery Virtual Instruction program for 9-12 Summer School.  The attached vendor contract provides pricing and general terms but the Director of Purchasing and School Board Attorney have submitted minor wording changes to the vendor for finalization.  The Director of Purchasing needs authorization to contract for purchase when language has been finalized. Recommended Action Authorize Director of Purchasing to purchase once contract parameters are finalized. Financial Impact $667.00 per block of 10 reusable user seats.  Summer school projections will require approximately 90 blocks of 10 for a potential total of $60,300.00 Submitted By Alisa B.
